Ooh... Oh yeah... Uh-huh... ah!
Jump back, what's that sound? Here she comes, full blast and top down...
Hot shoe... burnin' down the avenue... Model citizen... Zero discipline...
Don't you know she's comin' home to me? You'll lose her in the turn... I'll get her, ah! Panama... Panama-ah... Panama... Panama-ah...
Ain't nothin' like it, her shiny machine...
Got the feel for the wheel, keep the movin' parts clean
Hot shoe, burnin' down the avenue... Out an on-ramp comin' through my bedroom Don't you know she's comin' home to me? You'll lose her in the turn... I'll get her, ah! Whoa Panama... Panama-ah... Panama... Panama-ah-oh-oh-eh-ho...oh yeah
Yeah, we're runnin' a little bit hot tonight
I
can barely see the road from the heat comin' off it
Ah, you reach down, between my legs, ease the seat back
She's blindin'... I'm flyin'... Right behind the rear-view mirror now...
Got the fearin'... Power steerin'... Pistons poppin'... Ain't no stoppin' now! Panama... Panama-ah... Panama... Panama-ah-oh-oh-eh-ho... Panama... Panama-ah-oh-oh-eh-ho... Panama[X]

PANAMA
was
reportedly inspired by a time Van Halen was criticized by a reporter for writing songs solely about hard partying,
hot women, and fast cars, to which David Lee Roth responded that they'd never written a song about a fast car.
The car they wrote "Panama" about is either a drag racer named Panama Express or Diamond Dave's Opel Kadet:
The nickname for that blue 1969 Kadett Caravan was "Panama" cuz that was the farthest south that you could possibly go
and still have a really corrupt good time.
Of course, the car described in the song only serves as a metaphor for:
a hot woman –
who is into hard, hard partying! Released as the third single from 1984, "Panama" reached #13 in the US,
becoming the album's third top 20 in a row.
